Easy camera

Easy Camera is a powerful Blender addon designed to simplify cinematic camera movements and scene management. With intuitive controls, you can effortlessly create smooth camera paths, track objects dynamically, and adjust camera focus with ease. Whether you’re animating complex shots or setting up simple transitions, Easy Camera streamlines the process, making professional-quality cinematography accessible to all Blender users.

Step 1: Installation
 1. Open Edit , Preferences
 2. Click Install from Disk
 3. Select the addon file and install it

Step 2: Select a Camera
 • In the addon panel, choose a camera you want to animate.

 Step 3: Draw Camera Orbit
 • Draw an orbit path for your camera.
 • You can adjust the orbit until you are satisfied with the motion.

Step 4: Attach Camera to Orbit • Once you are happy with the orbit, click Finish Orbit to attach the selected camera to the path.

Step 5: Choose a Target for the Camera You have three options for setting the camera target:
 1. Target is a Mesh:
 • The camera will follow the orbit while always focusing on the geometric center of the selected object.
 • This helps solve alignment issues caused by differences between the geometric center and the object origin.

2. Target is the Orbit:
 • The camera will move along the orbit while you manually control its direction.
 • Adjust the camera’s direction using the sliders:
 • Camera Position (to move the camera along the orbit)
 • Camera Rotation (to control the viewing angle)
 • You can also fine-tune the direction using CamDirection for more precise control.

 3. Target is a Mesh with “Along Object” Enabled:
 • The camera will follow the orbit, always looking at the selected object.
 • Additionally, it will maintain a parallel alignment with the object’s surface, ensuring smooth tracking.

Step 6: Keyframe Animation
 • Move the timeline to the desired frame.
 • Adjust the camera’s position and direction.
 • Click Set Keyframe to save the camera’s state.
 • If you don’t like a keyframe, select it and click Clear Keyframe to remove it. Resetting the Camera Orbit
 • If you want to delete everything related to the current camera’s motion, click Clear Current Orbit and start over.
